We bill per user event: a signup, a login, a payment, a withdrawal. Never per verification. Each tier includes a monthly pack; beyond it, a flat price per 1,000 events.

Sandbox first
A sandbox key is issued at signup, before payment. Integrate, run test events, then pay for production.
Verification is separate
When a policy says kyc, the user is handed to your verification partner. The partner bills you at their published price. Ordent's job is to make that list short.
What counts as an event?
Anything you send with a user behind it: a signup, a login, a payment, a withdrawal, a promo claim. Reads of the timeline, labels and webhooks are free.
Can I switch tiers?
Any time, from the back-office. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing date.
What happens above the pack?
Events keep flowing. You pay the flat per-1,000 rate for the overage at the end of the month. Set a cap if you want a hard stop.
Do you store my users' raw data?
In your account, in your region, under your DPA. The network only ever sees keyed hashes and outcomes. Details on the network page.
Is there a free tier?
No. There is a sandbox before you pay and a refund within 14 days if it doesn't fit.
